Industrilandskapet ligger i centrala Norrköping. Området består i första hand av Holmens bruks tidigare lokaler, där det fanns ett pappersbruk fram till talet. Den sista pappersmaskinen stoppades Området kan sägas begränsas av Dalsgatan, S:t Persgatan, Kungsgatan och Västgötebacken.
